We look after you with a fun packed itinerary and a free day where you can spend your time as you wish – whether that be to explore the region,the city of Málaga, or simply enjoy a day at the beach…the choice is yours!
We very much welcome solo travelers and there is no single supplement. Our for guests will stay in the very lovely Hotel Toboso in the pretty seaside town of Nerja.

Sample itinerary.( This is subject to change at the discretion of the Guide)
Day 1: Walk Andalucia will meet you at Málaga Airport and transfer you to your hotel in Nerja. Depending on arrival time there will be a light lunch.An opportunity to get to know your fellows walkers and hosts Paul and Victoria.
Welcome dinner.
Day 2: Torrox Discovery Walk. 15 kms. 450 meters ascend. 300 meters descend.
Local walk from the village of Torrox. Experience the rich history of this ancient village. Climb steadily to reach the top of a ridge line, admire the wonderful views of the Sierra Almijaras. Passing through olive, advocado, orange,lomquat and almond groves. Return via Rio Torrox.
Day 3: Frigiliana. 9 kms. 350 meters ascend. 350 meters descend.
Circular walk starting from the picturesque white village of Frigiliana. Following a mountain stream in a beautiful gorge, ascending a rugged footpath to a ridgeline with spectacular views. On our return to Frigiliana there is an opportunity to enjoy a cold beer or coffee or spend some time exploring the pretty streets and artesan shops.
Dinner at local restaurant
Day 4: El Acebuchal & Cerro Verde. 12kms. 534 meters ascend. 200 meters descend.
Walk from the historic ‘ lost ‘ village of Acebuchal through wild, open countryside with ascend to just below the summit of Cerro Verde. Great views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Route traverses dry river bed, forest tracks and foot paths. This route was well used by the Civil Guard and The Republicans during the Spanish Civil War.
Late lunch at Restaurant El Acebuchal.
Free evening.
Day 5: Rest day.
We will be happy to provide you with maps, timetables and plenty of information to help you enjoy your rest day.
Day 6: Beach and Cerro Gordo. 10 kms. 400 meters ascend. 300 meters descend.
Coastal walk from El Cañuelo up to a Moorish look out tower. Views to the Sierra Nevadas and the Mediterranean. Rocky climb to a ruined farm house and threshing circle.
Day 7: Tres Ventas. 13 Km 350 meters ascend. 350 meters descend.
Stunning high level walk through remote, wild hillsides with incredible views of Sierra Almijara, lunch on sheltered terrace of ruined farmhouse with lovely views down to Torrox and the sea.
Farewell dinner at village restaurant.
Day 8: Adios from Walk Andalucia.
After breakfast we will transfer you to Málaga airport at 9.00 am.
